Do contexts need separate permissions?
The new context awareness in 2.0 relies on having permission to the context itself. Are there situations where users may need to be more explicit in who they give access to manage the settings in clientconfig?
ACLs could be used, but might be a pain to set up on larger sites as you'd need to add them to each individual context. Maybe a simpler setting approach would be better.
