Improve Continuity with Bot Language in Alias and Snippet Command

The ?snippet add command has ?snippet make/create as aliases, while the alias command does not, which will confuse users due to the lack of continuity between the commands.

Add alias make/create as an alias to alias add.

No alternative. This is simply a lack of continuity between commands which results in end-user confusion and fustration.
