MSAPP file processing not completing

As part of a solution package, all flows are getting processed in less then a minute, but then when it comes to the canvas app; it is loading for more than 10-15 minutes and not even completing. So i end up closing the program. I tried 5 different times, even delete PowerDocu and re-installed and still the same issue
