That's strange. Can confirm that the DLL is included in the release, and didn't encounter any similar issue during my testing.

Few questions:

  1. Is this the latest release (0.10.0)?
  2. Is this the standalone version or the "normal" version?
  3. And the most common question of all: does this still happen after a reboot?
