Allow disabling of sections in resulting documentation

When documenting a solution the sections being generated should be able to disabled and not render to the resulting documentation.

This would allow the generated document to be split, IE 1 document containing the Entity details and relationships and another documenting what Dependencies are needed

This has not been forgotten, it is finally getting addressed now. UI part is ready, working on getting the "backend code" that generates the documentation properly updated.

Step one is to allow selecting what should be documented. Afterwards I'll see if/how creating individual documents could be handled
