SmartScreen Issue Returns

Issue described in https://github.com/modery/PowerDocu/issues/79 has returned in version 2.0.0. On a full Windows desktop I can press More Info and Run Anyway to get around this, on Azure Virtual Desktop, this is terminal and you cannot select 'more info' then. 'run anyway'.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. download PowerDocu-v.2.0.0-selfcontained.zip
  2. run PowerDocu.GUI.exe
  3. Smart Screen warning shows, application cannot proceed
