fix: preload css modules as style instead of script
When using native css modules in rollup, the polyfills loader will try to add a preload link for them, e.g.:
<link rel="preload" href="styles-78a368d53d94321d.css" as="script" crossorigin="anonymous" />, should be preloaded as script instead
