✨ 1015: Upgrade the library of lit-element-ts-esbuild module

Closes #1015

Following changes are done

  1. Supplied tsconfig in esbuild
  2. Changed lit-element to lit and adjusted imports
  3. Added "useDefineForClassFields": false, to tsconfig required for lit-3
