Prompt Adherence problem in Wan Video

I am running Wan Video 1.4b t2v. If I give prompt to generate 4 children, it generates 3 children instead. If I try to change parameters like cfg_scale it results in weird tiles in the output and it still doesn't follow the prompt. Changing any parameter from the default is causing the same issue. But some people have hosted wan online for free try, their model is following the prompt exactly everytime. What to do in this case?
