Missing test / example models for relative sensors of FluidHeatFlow

There are no test or example models for the relative sensors Modelica.Thermal.FluidHeatFlow.Sensors.RelPressureSensor and Modelica.Thermal.FluidHeatFlow.Sensors.RelTemperatureSensor in the MSL, which is one reason for late and accidental detection of the regression error #2675 in v3.2.3-beta.2.
