Unused parameter IDRM (for the saturation current) in Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Semiconductors.Thyristor

The parameter Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Semiconductors.Thyristor.IDRM is declared but never referenced.

This issue needs a model revision to use these parameters. Since it will be time consuming I'd like to postpone this issue beyond MSL 4.0.0.
