Addition to #3313 - also renaming continuous-time partition to unclocked partition.

Based on https://github.com/modelica/ModelicaSpecification/pull/3313#discussion_r1261131847

(At first I tried non-clocked, but it seems it has another meaning in circuit design which could be confusing.) I believe we can first merge 3313 and then this one, but may do it together.

I have only bad experiences of creating PRs that build upon other PRs in this way. I'd recommend having just an issue for now, and then create the PR once #3313 is merged.

The section 16.8.1 also needs updating. Lines 1143,1144, 1150, possibly 1207. github does not allow me to comment on them directly.
