Currently hardcoded to go through png, then load dicom.

Reason is to be able to display sample images online while we don't have a dicom viewer yet. As soon as we have that it should be easy to change this, just move the dicom files to the actual sample folder, delete the PNGs and fix the inference code so that it directly loads the incoming file and not the re-routing anymore.
