I am also trying to use antlr4-c3 in my project too, but got similar errors. I guess my yarn pnp or jest not set up properly.

It looks like you haven't set Jest up correctly for running Typescript tests, you can use ts-jest or follow the Babel configuration described in the Jest docs.
