URL Query Parameter Expansion for OAuth2.0 Client

Following from https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/inspector/pull/345, it'd be useful if we could get the ability to have a few additional URL query parameters to allow for specifying the new fields dynamically at URL team.

The rationale behind this, we use containerization for our local development ecosystem and per https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/inspector/issues/622 we're unable to pass a formal configuration; though looking at that PR I'm not even sure support was added for such configuration.
