Readiness and Liveness Probe failing when deployed as a Pod

I have deployed the latest code as Pod,And Liveness and Rediness Probes are failing .Even it is exposed as ingress [the 6274 Port] its is throwing error as 2025/09/04 10:45:01 [error] 10563#10563: *22901989 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 10.108.34.61,
