Allow for server URL to be passed into inspector as a URL query param

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now if there is a hosted instance of the inspector (https://inspect.mcp.garden) there is no convenient way to link to the inspector in the context of inspecting a certain server. You just need to instruct someone on copying and pasting the value, which is less than ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like An optional URL (and transport type) param that could pre-populate inspector fields for a URL and SSE/HTTP transport.
