UX: Dark theme is not sufficiently contrast

Describe the bug UX bug: the dark theme has too low contrast, which makes it too difficult to read the text

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open inspector page
  2. Switch to dark theme

Expected behavior Contrast is hight enough to be able to read

Hi. No, this doesn't help. The subnavs are confusing to navigate and not version controlled. An RFC document like the following is standard format for technical collaboration across organizations. It can be explicitly versioned. Everything is extremely explicit and very clear.

Facebook's old Flux documentation was very good too, from about a decade ago. Its also a little more "human" than the RFC format. Notice how links are easy to follow and concepts very explicitly elucidated with examples of inplementations.
