Support for client settings file

I am trying to set MCP_PROXY_FULL_ADDRESS

It seems it's only possible to do via the UI itself. Can you confirm this and or share a settings.json file?

I want the configuration to work without having to manually set it in inspector.

I think that's reasonable to consider - essentially, have a "fallback chain" where if a HTTP 401 Unauthorized does not have the PRM pointer, assume that there is a PRM and attempt to construct it from the base URL of the server.
