Requesting layer for scikit-learn version 1.2.1

The latest scikit-learn layer available in the layers csv file is 0.23.1.

Although there are a few workarounds, most M1 Mac users (myself included) cannot install this or previous versions.

I am therefore requesting a Lambda Layer for scikit-learn version 1.2.1 on any Python runtime.
