Seablock compatiblity for factorio 2.0

Hello, I've updated seablock There is still some things left to do:

new map gen (mine is only very basic right now)
I left some todo statements in the code for things I'm unsure

I've tested new games and loading 1.1 saves and it seems to work quite well

got this error. I loaded this version for angels mods: https://github.com/Arch666Angel/mods/tree/d8d28f782eef75ae5efe76e2f39d7f30871f159c

and latest current bob mods.

additional info:

loading the angels + bob mods (without seablock) works. The mapgen also works fine.

Thank you for doing this! It's going to be super helpful, once I start working on Sea Block. I'm not planning on touching it until after I have got Angel's mods updated and released.
