Fixed typo and words in Readme file (Readme 오타 조정)

Hi, I've changed some words to make the readme sound a bit smoother. (README에서 읽었을때 약간 껄끄러운 곳을 고쳐 봤습니다).

Fixed a typo and changed word spacing issues. ("한국어 처리기" 리드미에 있는 단어들을 읽기 편리하게 고쳤습니다).

Most important change is the typo for Twitter (Twtitter -> Twitter)
