Create a full fledged example

The current example showcases only the server. We should have a full example that shows other developers how they can use moclojer by themselves.

Btw, @moclojer/contributors what do you guys think about having a full project showcase using moclojer that goes beyond clojure? Most people outside the clojure community don't want to get even close to clojure, so it would be nice to have a repository of ours containing multiple examples using the same mock file. My primary ideas are using clojure itself and react (or any other js framework). Maybe a simple todo list?
