Will shipkit automatically tag and push to bintray after setup?

Hi,

I am trying to use shipkit to setup our opensource project. I am just wondering if the shipkit will automatically tag and push to bintray after setup? I was working fine after I initial setup. However, after I change to a new bintray account, it sounds not working anymore. And, the Travis CI also didn't report any error. Any tips?

What does not working mean? Without more info/logs is impossible to help you.
