Sync to Maven Central doesn't seem to be atomic

It happened in Mockito to sync only some of the artifacts to Maven Central - https://github.com/mockito/mockito/issues/1721. I would expect to have the sync between Bintray and Maven Central atomic (i.e. using one staging repository with all the artifacts). I'm not sure how Shipkit handle that and if it is something what could be enhance here and Shipkit sends it as one set of artifacts and that case should be forwarded to the Bintray guys to explain?
