KSP hangs, then hard crashes after selecting maneuver node of a terminated craft

I think nodes should be deleted once a craft is deleted, accidental clicks could result in the game hanging/crashing.
Some logs were unavailable at time of crash, because the game simply hung and then hard crashed to desktop.
I have had to include it in the zip folder because the logs were too big.

If you know how to reproduce the problem, could you give us a journal? We have never seen this particular failure, so either it's a recent regression, or it's a bug that's hard to trigger. Either way, more data would help.
Note to self: From watching the video we seem to have a manœuvre marker left over after the (predicted) vessel was destroyed. This seems wrong, and would explain why it complains that there is no predicted vessel.
This looks similar to #4029; it might similarly be a bug in that UI.
