[Question] Appstore submission.

I use salsa20 in one of my app, and I want to publish it on appstore.

Do you know if that's a problem for publishing an app? Do we need more things to do than described in this blog post : http://zetetic.net/blog/2009/8/3/mass-market-encryption-ccats-commodity-classification-for-ip.html ?
