One GPU fails and the whole miner stops.

If a single GPU is to fail/become lost it stops the whole mining process. I find it odd that the whole system designed for multi gpu's would stop if only a single one were to fail. I am currently dealing with a card that fails so I could provide any error logs or screen shots that would help.

Thank you for this report. We've got a few items ahead of it in the queue, but advanced failure mode handling for GPU hardware will be implemented in the main line code at some point.
