unable to connect with alias on closed indexes

Hi, We have an issue with head and elasticsearch 2.3. If it exists an alias with closed indexes, the connect button is inactive and the console of chrome claims:

http://ud0tx037:9200/_stats Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

the page http://ud0tx037:9200/_stats gives the following message {"error":{"root_cause":[{"type":"index_closed_exception","reason":"closed","index":"idx_mys_bad_pmmqrmys-2017.07.18"}],"type":"index_closed_exception","reason":"closed","index":"idx_mys_bad_pmmqrmys-2017.07.18"},"status":403}

We have removed the alias and now, we can connect and have the cluster health status
