just channels and users names loading, no data !?

When I click on any of the channels that have loaded in, no data for those channels loads; at all.

@AsherPeruscini Thanks for your message. Could you provide more details about what chart are you trying to access? Have you clicked the Add to Slack button as an admin of a Slack team?

P.S. I will redact your message because the log seems to contain some sensitive info. Apart from a timeout error I don't see anything unusual. How many channels do you have in your Slack?
