Command colours

I can't get the cyan and Torquay colour in the commands. I have tried changing the settings.json file several times. Pls help, I really like the colours he used. image

Hey, how are you? Sorry I don’t remember if I was able to solve it or not it’s been 3 years since I did that and I have quite programming cuz I got into med school now. The laptop I used to do this on is at my parents house. Hope you find the solution
