Swipe does not seem to work on Windows Phone 7.5

I tested on a Nokia Lumia 800 and all of the examples on http://mobify.github.io/scooch/examples/ do not work when trying to swipe to the next picture. Only the prev/next touch controls are working. The latest version for the Lumia 800 is 7.8 which I will test later. Is there any known workaround for this?

Tested on Nokia Lumia 720 and it works like charm. It is a big laggy and it seem 1:1 touch movement doesn't work.
