Scroll intensity is to high for preview

When I scroll in the source pane everything is smooth and works like in other editors of NetBeans, When I scroll in preview in split view or in preview mode the scroll intensity is much higher than usual. Maybe this is preventing us from having this feature? #19 Just guessing, because it will be not that good.

So at the end it should have the exact same speed of scrolling as the source edior pane.
