Display more information for connection errors

in formatter/html.py finish_output(), we don't attempt to show the response if it's not "complete", even though there may be something presentable.

E.g., http://forums.fatakat.com/clientscript/xgemius.js

has messed-up headers (looks like no delimiter between headers and body due to gzip bug), but it only displays the connection error.

Might be solved by moving thor to inspection mode.
