Using PatchUtils is a workaround at best. This bug also makes GenericKubernetesApi's patch and updateStatus unusable. The cause is the wrong (static) [choice of mimetype](https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java/blob/c61428ac2cb28cff3f094207c3454cbdb23af8c0/kubernetes/src/main/java/io/kubernetes/client/openapi/apis/CustomObjectsApi.java#L3676).
