Massive deletion in Admin panel

Enable developers to remove entries from an entity en masse.

Proposal

• Add a Remove all entries button. It can be at the top right of the list, on the same line as the xxxx results metadata.
• If entries have been filtered, then the Remove all entries button deletes all filtered entries
• A modal warns that xxxx items are about to be deleted.
