ServoArm tends to wear out

The ribbed hole for the ServoArm tends to wear out, better would be a design, where an original servo arm is added/emmbedded becaus those nylon won't fail so easily

This one would be a big improvement but would need two variations:

  1. MG90S servo
  2. Savox Servo

They have different size "arms". Also there is a really good idea of using a tiny screw to reinforce the "pusher" part of the arm. Perhaps alignment would be possible to have this strengthening screw also lock the end of the nylon servo arm in place.

@moggieuk Which Savox exactly would that be?

Yea, either an additional screw or instant glue to fix it in place, since ERCF is outside of the heated chamber the super glue should also hold up decently

Sorry, I wasn't watching. It's the Savox SH-0255MG. That model is not discontinued but the replacement has exactly the same footprint.

Spline size: 21T Spline (MG-90s are 20 spline I believe).
