It is not implemented in the current version. But armrest and belly cut are definitively less complex than top carving.

I have made the automatic pocket optional. You can upgrade and test it.

Generating custom arbitrary neck pocket from svg and matching with generated neck is too complex. I am closing this as wont fix.

Asymetric necks are supported in the c++ in-development version. But it is not public yet.
