Annotation texts are not shown completely

Describe the bug

The annotation texts are not shown completely within matplotlib browser. They are complete within mne-qt-browser.

Btw. I need to use matplotlib browser instead of mne-qt-browser, since I have to edit the figures using the matplotlib.figure.Figure class and save the plots after editing.

Steps to reproduce

In the time serie plots e.g. mne.io.Raw.plot() or mne.preprocessing.ICA.plot_components().
