New datapoint: the bug happened again (in my 45.2 based fork). I solved cycleway quest, and got immediately presented with `Is this still the cycleway situation here?` which I dismissed...

Same situation in Croatia, `Visa` / `Mastercard` / `Maestro` are accepted at all places that accept credit/debit cards but `American Express` (and `Diners`) are not accepted in some places. But...
