[Enhancement]: Add arm64 (and risc-v?) support

It would be nice if we could get this built for other architectures too. The arm64 architecture especially gets more compatible machines every year.

That would imply to also release the wine dependencies for arm64, and to take the arm64 app upstream (which is published).

I could do but no hardware to test snaps locally.

I'll be happy to help you test the snap, I have access to arm64 hardware. I can also submit a PR if you prefer it this way.
