movies.exe bad exe format

Hello, When downloading the contents, this error pops-up : Unable to execute file :

C:\Westwood\SUN\movies.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 193.
Bad EXE format for %1.

In game, no movies.

Any idea ?

I just did fresh install it downloaded and install all components without any issues and movie playback ingame working fine.

Maybe that file download is corrupted somehow.

Looks like it works if I copy missing files from a windows install
