It is probably because cosmic-settings is using softbuffer instead of wgpu.

cosmic-settings is now using wgpu

Is this still an issue?

@DW8Reaper Do you have logs from cosmic-settings? It should display the cosmic-randr command it is running.

`env RUST_LOG=debug cosmic-settings`

Then I'll make a change to always define the refresh rate when setting a resolution.

@Kartonrealista It would be maintained by the AUR maintainer. We only maintain Pop!_OS packaging.
