in PSM Unity titles, runtime directory is extracted into the wrong directory. Right now its: /psm/GAMEID/RO/runtime/ while it should be: /psm/GAMEID/runtime/

content_type == 0x1d - unity packages

/psm/GAMEID/runtime/

rest is fine
