First of all, thank you for sharing this project with the community.

I wanted to pull the latest version via Docker Hub, however it appears your user and project are no longer available on Docker Hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/mmozeiko/mingw-w64/tags

Will it return, or is this permanent? If so - the README still refers to the Docker Hub image, so perhaps that should be changed.
