force to update klipper config to the latest from browser

About your environment:

• Distribution version : octopi
• Octoprint version : 1.3.11

Hi I access octoprint from multiple devices. So naturally, I keep octoprint page open on each devices. When I change configs on one device, the configs of the others are not updated automatically. I have to refresh the octoprint page to update to latest config.

This is so annoying. Sometimes the configs roll back and machine works unexpectedly. Time consuming to debug.

I hope, at least, to keep latest config when I open setting page. Is there anyway to do this without modifying code?
