Who needs stars when we can have Party Parrots?

Github has stars, but I think it's safe to say we life party parrots, or other things that are a bit more wild. Might be cool to have this feature and maybe also a kind of "hype" measurement as well.

This would allow the user to show interest in projects, give project creators feedback on the types of projects that people are interested in, thereby potentially increasingly the quality of submissions.

It could also be a way for users to discover projects (by having something like "hype" as a search criterion). Just some ideas to get the ball rolling! :)
