Change the Generation part ("Phase 3") into a fully-interfaced model

Currently, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 process is fairly well abstracted, but Phase 3 isn't at all. It needs to provide a default, but also allow you to produce your own BasePage.vm and BaseFields.vm templates, etc
