UPnP auto discovery

Hi,

I've added UPnP auto discovery feature and availability event tracker to the samsung-remote module. This avoid providing static IP adresse which can change over the time. This pull take advantage of this improvements. Also change VolumeCharacteristic behavior, you could omit it.
