Warranty End Date was wrongly formatted for me. Value in WMI is : "EndDate : 2023-06-15 00:00:00" Value reported to Log Analytics : "6-15-3--20"

Replaced the formatting commands with Get-Date and confirmed the script now returns the desired Warranty End Date value of 2023-06-15 in my case.
